1. What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship under normal use and conditions. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, ReptiRad Ltd will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product at no additional charge.

2. Proof of Purchase

To make a claim under this warranty, you must provide:

• Valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).

• The proof of purchase must be dated within 5 years of the claim.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Products without valid proof of purchase.

• Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper installation.

• Evidence of tampering, modification, or unauthorised repair.

• Damage caused by external factors such as accidents, fire, water, or power surges.

• Normal wear and tear of cosmetic elements that do not affect performance.

4. Warranty Claims Procedure

• Contact ReptiRad Ltd at warranty@reptirad.com with your proof of purchase and details of the fault.

• Our support team may request photos or additional information to assess the claim.

• If approved, you will be provided with instructions to return the product (at your expense).

• Upon inspection, if the claim is valid, we will repair or replace the product and return it at no cost.

5. Consumer Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Nothing in this policy affects those rights.
